Conference Registration

This conference is held in Cairo, Egypt. All sessions are held on-site in Cairo. No online sessions will be available. Please ONLY register if you are coming to the conference in Egypt, in May (31st and June 1st).

• Local Delegates based in Egypt: 250 Egyptian Pounds

• Delegates based in other African countries: 50 US Dollars

• International Delegates coming from other countries: 150 US Dollars

Your conference registration includes access to all the conference sessions on May 31st and June 1st, the exhibition, and a conference bag. Food and beverages are not included. 

Please read the registration information below and make sure you register soon because we will close registration once we reach the number of tickets available.  

Registration instructions:

• Please use the link below to register for the conference in Egypt. All presenters and attendees coming to Egypt must register first.

• Local delegates will need to register and pay online 250 Egyptian Pounds.

• Other delegates will register online using the same link, but they will be directed to a message to pay in dollars in cash on May 31st, the first day of the conference.

• Please insert your name in the registration form as you want it to appear on your digital conference certificate. 

• Please note this registration is for the two conference days in Cairo on May 31st and June 1st. No online sessions are available. 

• The registration form has a question about "Assembly Points". These are the meeting points for the conference bus in Cairo that will take you to the conference venue at the University of Hertfordshire in the New Administrative Capital, Cairo. Please select the meeting point that is nearest to you. 

• After you register online, please print the confirmation page or take a screenshot and save it on your phone to show at the shuttle bus, at the venue gate, and at the registration desk upon arrival. All presenters and attendees coming to Cairo need this confirmation to access the event.

• Kindly note that the Pre-conference Event (PCE) on materials development is on May 30th and it is free to access, but the link to register for the PCE will be shared in May because seats are limited. Your conference registration does not include the PCE access.
